Maximum Time Frame

Students must complete the educational program within the maximum time frame, which is based on attending at least 90% of the scheduled hours. Students can miss no more than 166.65 net clock hours before being dropped from the program for failing to meet their contractual obligation to the school.

Students are expected to utilize these 166.65 net hours for normal challenges that come up in their lives; time off with family, sick time, unexpected personal challenges, etc.

Cosmetology- 4-Night and Saturday Full-Time (26) 58 Weeks 64 Weeks

The maximum time frame allowed for transfer students who need less than full course requirements or part-time students will be determined based on 111.11% of the scheduled contracted hours. If any student enrolled fails to complete the program within the maximum time frame they will lose their eligibility for Title IV programs and will be terminated from the program. Students who exceed the maximum time frame may be permitted to re-enroll, and be charged tuition fees accordingly, on a cash-pay basis. Students must meet the re-entry criteria in order to be considered for re-enrollment. Whether a student pays out of pocket or receives Title IV Financial aid all hours attempted and completes are considered part of the Satisfactory Academic Progress calculation.
